Career Coaching is a personalised supportive process designed to help you gain clarity, confidence and direction in your professional journey.
Maybe you recognise yourself in one of these areas;
-
Feeling lost or uncertain about your career path
-
Wanting to identify your passions and ideal roles
-
Considering a career change but not knowing where to start
-
Stuck in a job that no longer brings you joy
-
Needing support when preparing for interviews
-
Struggling with self doubt or imposter syndrome
-
Navigating a major life change that’s impacted your career
-
Stepping into a management or leadership role and want to strengthen your skills
If any of that sounds familiar, you’re not alone and you definitely don’t have to figure it out by yourself. My role as a Coach is to help you get clear on your direction, help build confidence in your choices and take practical manageable steps towards the future you want.
A lot of people are curious about coaching but hold back because they wonder “Will it really work for me?”, “Isn’t it just talking?” or "Surely I can work this out on my own!". The truth is, coaching isn’t about giving you generic advice or telling you what to do. It’s a structured, focused conversation where you discover your own answers, supported by thoughtful questions and an objective perspective that friends, family or colleagues can’t always provide.Think of it like having a personal trainer - but for your career. You could exercise alone and maybe get some results, but with the right guide you make progress faster, avoid blind spots and stay motivated even when things feel tough.
Sessions typically last an hour and can be as frequently as you like. Some people want weekly sessions, others every two weeks and some once a month. You don't have to commit to a certain number of sessions either - you choose what's best for you and what you need.
If you would like to have an informal chat about how Career Coaching may help you, or ask any questions to help you decide whether coaching is right for you - you can either book a free, no obligation telephone appointment or you can send me an email using the contact form.
